What we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect your name, email, phone number, project details, and any file you upload. That's it. We don't sell it. The only outside parties that see it are the services that run our quote form and estimator for us, and only so they can do that.

The instant estimator

The ballpark estimator on our quote page asks for your email (and optionally your name), plus the file or job description, material, and quantity you enter. Files you upload are sent to our estimator service, which runs on Google Cloud, so it can measure them and work out a price range. We keep what you submit so we can follow up and so your details carry over if you continue to a full quote request.

The estimator also records the page you were on, the site that referred you, and any campaign or ad-click tags in the link you arrived from (such as utm_source or gclid). That tells us which ads and searches bring in real jobs. A price range from the estimator is a ballpark, not a quote.

Your files

Design files you send us stay yours. We use them to quote and produce your job and for nothing else. We don't publish, resell, or reuse a client's design. If we'd like to photograph finished work for our own portfolio, we ask first.

Analytics

This site uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics and advertising conversion tags from Google, Microsoft, and Meta. They set cookies that show us how people find the site and whether our ads lead to quote requests. When you submit a quote request, your email and name may be sent to Google in hashed form so a request can be matched to the ad that led to it. The cookie banner lets you decline analytics and advertising cookies, and Google's tags respect that choice.
